  • Content means all materials available on or through the Website, including text, graphics, layouts, software, communications, guidance, feedback, and other information provided by ProAcademicHelp, Tutors, or Users.

Nature of Services

The Website connects learners with qualified tutors and academic specialists who provide legitimate educational assistance. The service is intended to support learning and academic skill development in compliance with academic integrity standards and applicable Australian laws.

All payments must be made through the secure payment methods available on the Website. ProAcademicHelp does not accept payments outside the platform and is not responsible for transactions conducted through third-party channels.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, currency conversion fees, or charges imposed by financial institutions.

Pricing is calculated based on the User’s study level, requirements, and the scope of requested support. All prices include a clearly disclosed platform service charge. Users receive a full price estimate before confirming any order, with no hidden or unexpected fees.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the request, the stage of service delivery, and compliance with these Terms.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to payment provider processing times.

Refunds may be granted where Services cannot be reasonably delivered due to Tutor non-performance or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, legal restrictions, or force majeure events.

Payments made outside the Website are not covered by platform protections and are not eligible for refunds.

Copyright and Personal Use

All Content available on the Website, including written materials, visuals, branding elements, and platform design, is the property of ProAcademicHelp or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
